Novelis is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Performance & Services, based in Kennesaw or Buckhead, GA. You will lead governance, metrics, and CapEx governance to drive enterprise decisions and tangible cost savings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global PMO or technical function.
• Strong ability to build relationships across functions and geographies.
• Proven track record in business transformation and strategic roadmapping.
• Ability to develop and validate business cases aligned to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance of operational efficiency and the $250M savings portfolio.
• Provide a global view of performance with KPIs, FP&A, and trend insights.
• Oversee long-range CapEx planning, tracking, and stage-gate rigor.
• Manage enterprise risk and reporting across plants and functions.
• Administer the Manufacturing Council and align priorities with the business agenda.
• Develop and embed manufacturing standards, loss intelligence, and data connectivity.
• Drive knowledge management and capability building across the global network.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001, IATF 16949 and ASI where applicable.
