Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Transformation to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact RTM transformation initiatives across Sales, Service, and Field Operations. You will translate strategy into structured programs, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and with measurable business impact.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working, provide governance, and support change

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of RTM concepts, field selling, delivery, merchandising, or service operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple large cross-functional projects involving numerous stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of RTM transformation projects, from scope to stabilization.
• Translate transformation strategies into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across Sales, Service, and Field Operations.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and financial impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
