Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from strategy to delivery. You will align cross-functional teams, govern multi-workstream programs, and ensure measurable outcomes across people, process, data, and technology.

You will influence leadership, shape problem spaces, and deliver executive-level updates while partnering with product, engineering, and IT to realize value realization post-implementation.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Past experience leading enterprise-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Align stakeholders in a matrixed organization and establish governance.
• Drive adoption, measure outcomes and value realization.
