Job summary

DigiKey is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of strategic transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and adoption across multiple workstreams within the Transformation Office.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of program management, experience with ERP/OMS transformations, and a strong mix of Agile and traditional methodologies, plus excellent stakeholder engagement and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management.
• Experience managing multiple interconnected projects or workstreams.
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs, preferably in OMS or ERP environments.
• Strong background in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Programs: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of transformation related programs.
• Integrated program planning: Develop and maintain the program roadmap, milestones, critical path, dependencies, and delivery plan across workstreams.
• ROI Measurement: Assess strategic impacts and benefits of initiatives and track costs and benefits.
• Manage relationships: Collaborate with business units, IT, and external vendors for seamless integration and adoption of solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program status, risks, and resolutions to leadership.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish governance, track KPIs, and provide updates to Transformation Office.
• Resource and capacity planning: Secure resources and clarify ownership.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Vendor performance management: Manage vendor commitments and risks.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor project managers.
