Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Technical Program Manager to lead a Technical-to-Run workstream in a large enterprise transformation. You will drive delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination for CMDB, ITSM, and ServiceNow initiatives.

You will manage an integrated plan, align technical and business teams, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders in a remote-capable setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise transformations with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong technical aptitude with enterprise platforms, integrations, and IT service management lifecycles.
• Proven ability to maintain integrated program plans and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and governance processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver in complex environments.
• Experience leading programs in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Advanced experience with AI applications and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the T2R workstream within a large enterprise transformation.
• Develop and manage the integrated workstream plan and milestones.
• Drive execution across technical and business teams while aligning with program objectives.
• Facilitate planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and decisions.
• Establish governance structures and executive-ready communications.
• Ensure delivery through scope, schedule, and quality management.
• Coordinate cross-workstream check-ins and governance meetings.
• Manage risks and dependencies across the T2R workstream.
• Collaborate with vendor and partner teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups and navigate complex dynamics.
