Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Transformation Portfolio Management within SHI’s Transformation Office, guiding Lighthouse Programs and enterprise portfolio governance to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.

You will drive intake, prioritization, sequencing, and value realization, collaborating with IT PMO, Product Managers, ERP and IT leaders, and business sponsors to achieve scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading portfolio management or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP implementations and large-scale technology deployments.
• Experience presenting to CEOs and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation portfolio from intake to benefits realization.
• Operate dual-PMO governance and executive reporting.
• Establish governance forums and decision-making sessions.
