Job summary

Lumentum seeks a transformational technology leader to modernize and lead its global Digital Supply Chain Applications portfolio. This executive will own strategy, execution, and performance of advanced planning platforms supporting a complex, multi-site manufacturing network.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive supply chain technology leadership experience.
Proven success leading APS/ERP transformation programs in global manufacturing environments.
Deep expertise in advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or equivalent).
Strong ERP ecosystem knowledge (Oracle preferred).
Experience integrating planning systems with PLM and manufacturing systems.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML to supply chain planning and decision support.

Responsibilities

Own the global APS ecosystem and ERP integrations.
Design scalable integration across ERP, PLM, manufacturing systems, and analytics.
Establish governance models for performance, data integrity, standards, and lifecycle management.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to modernize integration and cloud strategy.
Lead large-scale modernization initiatives across global stakeholders.
