Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Transformation Gemba Coach to strengthen enterprise continuous improvement capabilities through on-site coaching, standardization, and Lean deployment aligned to STAR principles. You will build organizational problem-solving capability and support leader-led improvements across STAR initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will collaborate with STAR leaders and facilitators to ensure consistent transformation delivery and enterprise alignment with Lean

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, enterprise transformation, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional improvement initiatives and enterprise change.
• Structured problem-solving methods and transformation frameworks are required.
• Partnership with leaders to strengthen capability, adoption, and sustained improvement.
• Healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Gemba-based coaching to strengthen problem-solving and lean deployment across STAR initiatives.
• Support initiative intake, triage, charter development, and readiness.
• Coordinate alignment of transformation resources to enterprise priorities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to STAR leadership and facilitators.
• Reinforce consistent STAR methodologies and enterprise improvement practices.
