Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Transformation Senior Manager in Memphis to lead delivery of transformation workstreams and drive programs from design through to measurable outcomes.

You will manage analysts, own delivery plans, and partner with Change Management, PMO, and IT teams to ensure adoption and value realization. The role emphasizes operating model design, business case development, and the use of GenAI tools to accelerate delivery and analysis.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, GBS/SSC transformation, project delivery, or management consulting.
• Strong track record of delivering transformation workstreams end-to-end, on time, on scope, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience contributing to business case development, financial modelling, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Confident stakeholder management; strong executive communication in English.
• Comfortable using GenAI tools to accelerate delivery, research, and analysis; interest in intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of one or more transformation workstreams within a larger program or lead mid-size standalone engagements end-to-end.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans: milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status.
• Drive execution discipline — track progress against plan, remove blockers, mitigate risks, and keep the workstream on time and on budget.
• Run project governance for the workstream: working groups, status meetings, checkpoint reviews, and steering committee inputs.
• Ensure delivery quality: adherence to BTO methodology, templates, and quality standards on every artefact produced.
• Contribute to solution design under the Transformation Lead: process discovery, current-state mapping, future-state TOMs, and RACI matrices.
• Facilitate process discovery and improvement workshops.
• Produce end-to-end process maps and process documentation to a professional standard.
• Contribute to business case development: data gathering, financial models, scenario analysis, and recommendations under guidance.
• Support identification and evaluation of automation and AI opportunities within workstreams.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for business stakeholders at Director/Senior Director level.
• Prepare and deliver clear updates for senior stakeholders and steering committees — risks, decisions, next steps.
• Partner with Change Management, PMO, BSO delivery, and IT teams for smooth integration of solutions.
• Support post go-live stabilization and benefits realization tracking.
• Own workstream KPIs: on-time/on-scope delivery, artefact quality, adoption, and realized benefits.
• Track and report on savings and automation benefits within the workstream.
• Identify improvement opportunities in BTO methodology and feed lessons learned.
