Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager for the Americas Services to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to set priorities, define a transformation roadmap, and lead cross-functional programs spanning automation, operating model changes, and shared services.

Strong PM and stakeholder management are essential. The role emphasizes leading a small team, delivering tangible business value, and communicating complex analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 6–10 years of related professional work experience; global org preferred.
• Experience delivering automation/AI and shared services projects.
• Management experience managing a small team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Significant process improvement experience.
• Ability to assess granular details to support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management; client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to identify strategic priorities and define the transformation vision and roadmap.
• Leverage transformation levers to drive optimization (automation, operating model redesign, shared services, AI).
• Manage teams and lead project execution; maintain relationships and communicate value proposition.
• Lead, coach and develop Analysts with day-to-day leadership and career development.
• Perform analysis and design effective solutions to organizational issues.
• Prepare and coordinate complex written presentation materials.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leadership.
• Organize and communicate data in a meaningful way.
