Job summary

CBRE is seeking a senior professional to lead Workplace Strategy & Transformation across its corporate real estate portfolio in Nashville. You will analyze data and collaborate with HR, technology and project teams to shape space programs, drive change, and align workplace design with business goals.

You will mentor teams, influence senior leaders, and ensure adoption of new ways of working while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate or a related design discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in workplace strategy, workplace design, interior architecture, business transformation or related consulting.
• Commercial real estate experience with CRE services, architecture/design, or in-house corporate real estate preferred.
• Experience developing and delivering workplace assessments, space programming, change management frameworks, data analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, narration and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Entrepreneurial approach and ability to build processes and tools where none exist.
• Collaborative work style across multiple teams, markets and time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, 3D visualization, SketchUp and AI.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows responsibly and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Strategy & Transformation efforts aligning people, space and culture.
• Analyze headcount, adjacencies, engagement surveys, hybrid policies, utilization metrics for space planning.
• Define workplace strategy processes, tools, templates and value propositions.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for workplace initiatives.
• Create change and communication plans aligned with milestones and business goals.
• Build relationships with leaders, sponsors and change champion networks.
• Mentor teams in change management and workplace strategies.
• Drive adoption of initiatives, improve productivity and adaptability.
