Global Payments Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Business Operations Consultant to join our Transformation Design efforts within the Business Operations Solution Consulting team.

You will lead analysis across projects, define end-to-end processes, and collaborate with global teams to deliver new functionality. This role emphasizes strong communication with senior stakeholders, rigorous requirements definition, and the ability to monitor progress, risks, and issues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience defining business requirements and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Proven planning and monitoring experience across multiple initiatives.
• Cost–benefit analysis and process modelling expertise.
• Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to create detailed business analysis identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Responsibilities

Hybrid working 3 days in the office base in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

What you’ll own as the Senior Business Operations Consultant
