Job summary

CLA is hiring a Senior - Transformation to support the firm’s transformation priorities. The role focuses on evaluating and organizing opportunities, moving them through the business navigation process, and supporting change management to prepare for adoption of changes.

The candidate will clarify business needs, assess dependencies, prepare summaries for review, and help determine required change readiness and adoption support, bringing structure to early-stage requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management and business analysis.
• Ability to clarify business needs and move work through a defined process.
• Experience documenting decisions and communicating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess transformation requests and opportunities.
• Clarify business problems, value, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Support development of change deliverables and readiness plans.
• Identify adoption risks and readiness considerations and communication needs.
• Track opportunities through the transformation process with owners and actions.
