You will help clarify needs, prepare change deliverables, and maintain documentation throughout governance and roadmap discussions. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4 years of professional services or public accounting experience.
• Knowledge of change management fundamentals and transformation processes.

• Review and assess business opportunities and transformation requests.
• Clarify the business problem, value, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Support business case readiness with clear summaries for review.
• Identify change impacts, readiness considerations, communication needs, resistance themes, and adoption risks.
• Develop change deliverables: stakeholder impact assessments, change plans, training materials, and adoption tracking.
