Deloitte’s Transformation Activation NI team invites experienced change management professionals to help clients realise the benefits of technology-enabled transformation. You will work on diverse projects, supported by market-leading methods and assets, in a hybrid Belfast-based role.

As a Senior Consultant, you will plan and deliver people-focused transformation programmes, leverage market-leading frameworks, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior colleagues.

Formación

• Proven experience planning and delivering components of business change and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of change activities.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes across operations, culture and process changes.
• Experience delivering change activities for systems implementations (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday or Cloud & Digital transformations).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and delivery of people-focused transformation projects in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Contribute to new business proposals and mentoring of junior team members.
