Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking a Staff in Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) to help clients transform business and technology landscapes. You will contribute to design and delivery of architecture frameworks, program management, and value realization, while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams on complex transformations.

You will engage in agile practices, support governance, and help create data-driven insights for executive audiences, with the flexibility to travel as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field (from the job post).
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals—helping bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
• Assist in design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
• Contribute to governance materials, portfolio analyses, and business cases for transformation programs.
