Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans is seeking a Developer I - Bi & Analytics to build and maintain IEHP enterprise reports and dashboards. You’ll support reporting projects, design scalable AI-driven solutions, and craft datasets using big data tools.

The role requires experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy) and strong data analysis skills in a healthcare context. This on-site position in California offers growth opportunities and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited institution required.
• Experience in BI reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• Experience with large datasets, complex relational designs, and unstructured data.
• Experience in database design, query development, table joins and report development.
• Data analysis experience in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of medical coding and insurance terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update IEHP enterprise reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical support for reporting projects within the BI Analytics team.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using AI tools and ML models.
• Utilize big data computation/storage tools to create prototypes and datasets.
