IEHP seeks an Analyst III to coordinate regulatory audit requirements and support the Senior Director of Member Services in a variety of complex tasks. The role emphasizes quality, LEAN initiatives, and cross-department collaboration in a hybrid work model with onsite days in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of analyst experience in healthcare, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to interpret regulatory requirements and drive process

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) or more years of experience as an Analyst required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills with emphasis on regulatory interpretations and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all department functions as requested.
• Act as liaison between the department and other IEHP departments.
• Prepare special reports and develop department reporting needs.
• Coordinate and participate in events for Member Experience Transformation (Simpler).
• Maintain audits documentation and contribute to LEAN initiatives.
