BridgeBio is seeking a senior transfer pricing professional to own global TP processes, including policy implementation, modeling, and documentation. The role collaborates with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal to ensure accurate intercompany economics and forecasting.

Key responsibilities include building TP models, maintaining documentation, and leading responses to tax authorities, with a focus on repeatable processes and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive transfer pricing, international tax, tax reporting, or tax analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end transfer pricing calendar and implement BridgeBio's global transfer pricing policies.
• Build and maintain TP models, including segmented P&L statements, cost pools, allocation keys, markups, and arm’s-length ranges.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation and contemporaneous support for material positions.
• Monitor TP developments and lead responses to tax authority inquiries, audits, and information requests.
• Own recurring TP forecasts, calculations, allocations, invoices, settlements, and true-ups; reconcile to intercompany accounts.
• Coordinate timely entries with Controllership and affiliate finance teams.
• Provide ad hoc analytics support to the broader tax team using data pipelines and tools.
