Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or other relevant field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• More than 2 years of prior work experience.
• Experience within a transfer pricing practice.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with review of tax provisions from a transfer pricing perspective.

Responsibilities

• Transfer Pricing Studies: planning, documentation, audit defense and compliance.
• Scopes, designs, and conducts financial analyses related to intercompany transactions.
• Prepares project reports documenting compliance and presents analyses.
• Participates in scoping calls for proposals and drafts engagement letters.
• Prepares presentations showing analyses and recommendations for clients.
• Interviews clients to understand intercompany factors impacting pricing.
• Supervises day-to-day workload of associates and interns.
• Mentors junior staff and ensures training on tax software.
