Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of prior experience required.
• Experience working within a transfer pricing practice, required.
• Prior experience supervising professionals on a project or engagement basis, required

Responsibilities

• Research: Completes financial analysis related to intercompany transactions to include an evaluation of industry data and financial data provided by the client.
• Tax Compliance: participates in determining scope, budgets and timelines and drafts presentations to prospective clients.
• Tax Controversy: represents clients before tax authorities with guidance from senior TP professionals.
• Transfer Pricing Consulting and Documentation: develops, recommends, and implements TP methods and prepares planning reports.
• Tax Provision and FIN 48: applies TP in tax provisions and reviews related provisions.
• Practice, Staff and Business Development: identifies opportunities and delivers presentations to pitch service capabilities.
