Job summary

PwC in Washington, DC is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate to support clients with transfer pricing matters, developing pricing approaches for intercompany transactions and guiding junior team members within our Tax Services practice.

You will build client connections, prepare client-ready deliverables, and translate technical findings into practical recommendations that support client engagements. A strong foundation in economics, data interpretation, and business context is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of transfer pricing experience.
• CPA or Bar or similar credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transfer pricing arrangements and apply tax rules for intercompany transactions.
• Prepare TP documentation, economic analyses, and memos for client engagements.
• Interpret financial data and business context to develop pricing recommendations.
• Support client service teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mentor junior team members on transfer pricing work products and methods.
• Develop financial models and benchmark selections.
