Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a seasoned transfer pricing professional to plan, lead and execute TP projects for diverse clients in the United States. You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and guide complex analyses of intercompany transactions to deliver compliant and innovative solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in transfer pricing within professional services, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years work experience in professional services or public accounting, with specific experience in Transfer Pricing in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing staff.
• Experience supervising teams, coaching staff, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tax and transfer pricing projects across diverse industries.
• Direct and monitor multiple client service teams on engagements.
• Lead interviews to identify cross-border intercompany transactions.
• Manage budgets, resources, workflow, billing and materials.
• Deliver high-quality transfer pricing services and outputs with technical excellence.
• Provide leadership for growth, practice management and staff development.
• Supervise staff training in financial analysis and modeling.
