Job summary

Queens University of Charlotte is seeking a Senior Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions to lead transfer recruitment and enrollment strategies on the Charlotte campus. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with community colleges, guiding applicants through the transfer process, and collaborating across campus to enhance credit evaluation and articulation.

The position requires strategic leadership, relationship building, and the ability to travel regionally for recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and experience in undergraduate admissions or enrollment management.
• Strong ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends to support recruitment activities.
• Experience with transfer recruitment and partnerships with community colleges is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive transfer enrollment strategy to increase inquiries, applications, and enrollment.
• Lead transfer recruitment strategies including partnerships, events, and CRM campaigns.
• Manage transfer applicants through the admissions funnel with high-touch counseling and guidance.
