Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions in Charlotte to lead campus admissions operations, drive monthly, quarterly and annual goals, and partner with the Director of Admissions and executive team to optimize processes.

This role requires high energy, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage staff, analyze data, and ensure DOE and accrediting guidelines are followed while delivering career education to students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years related campus admissions management experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus admissions operations and programs to meet goals.
• Provide dynamic leadership on campus to drive admissions results.
• Oversee daily admissions operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Director and executive team on admissions processes.
• Monitor admissions statistics and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, train, and develop campus admissions staff.
