Queens University of Charlotte is seeking a Senior Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions on our Queens Campus - Charlotte. This role leads transfer recruitment and manages the full admissions lifecycle, reporting to the Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, and developing strategic enrollment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and progressively responsible experience in undergraduate admissions, enrollment management, student recruitment, advising, higher education, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer recruitment lifecycle from prospect identification to enrollment.
• Develop recruitment strategies and transfer pathways with community colleges and other partners.
• Collaborate across departments to create a seamless transfer experience and improve transfer credit transparency.
