Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Manager, Transaction Management to support acquisitions, dispositions and debt capital markets. This role leads due diligence, coordinates tours, reviews property documents, and acts as the primary point of contact with sellers, brokers, and buyers across Blackstone and AIR teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate transactions, asset management or operations, with strong Excel and communication skills, and experience managing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate experience (asset management, operations, transactions).
• Proven track record in real estate activities and investing.
• Experience in managing others is a plus.
• Superior analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Lead due diligence tours and review property documents.
• Serve as main contact with sellers, brokers, and buyers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Debt Capital Markets, Investments, Asset Management, Legal).
• Manage closing activities and post-closing tasks.
• Oversee broker opinions of value (BOV) and data requests.
• Supervise one or two direct reports.
