This hands-on, player/coach role requires strong leadership within a fast-paced environment, as you manage both a transaction team and a personal pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess people management experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring timely closings and navigating complex transaction challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors.
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and completeness of all listings across MLS and other platforms.
