Job summary

AIR Communities, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks a Manager, Transaction Management to coordinate due diligence and closing workflows for multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. You will lead due diligence, review property documents, and liaison with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure smooth closings.

You have 5+ years in real estate transactions, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort coordinating cross-functional teams across AIR and Blackstone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate experience (asset management, operations, transactions).
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage others.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of due diligence for acquisitions, including on-site visits and document review.
• Manage dispositions processes from market prep to closing phases.
• Lead Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) workflows and timelines.
• Review third party reports and seller statements of operations.
• Serve as main point of contact with Buyers and Sellers throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with AIR and Blackstone teams to ensure proper onboarding/offboarding of assets.
