Responsibilities

Lead TM account transitions and ensure successful onboarding for new client accounts.
Set transition objectives, milestones, and KPIs with account teams and clients.
Serve as escalation point, capture lessons learned, and ensure smooth hand-offs to account teams.
Support pursuit/solution processes with platform leadership and assess transition risks.
Provide governance and guidance to new account teams for CBRE-Way delivery.
Develop transition plans and budgets, and monitor progress against commitments.
Lead post-award Go Live planning and ensure delivery of transition deliverables.
Contribute to account reviews and recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
