Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transactions Management Director to lead a high-visibility, global occupier client account from San Francisco or Chicago. You will own the account’s transaction health across regions, shape operating models, and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and CBRE leadership.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage staffing strategies, and oversee financial performance including fee models, savings tracking, and forecast accuracy, while driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant transaction or account management experience.
• Active Real Estate Salesperson license (or ability to obtain).
• Demonstrated success leading transaction teams across multiple regions, with experience in Americas, EMEA, or APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Account: coordinate delivery across regions and time zones and align with client strategy.
• Build and Develop the Team: staff, coach, and retain a cross-regional team; establish escalation paths.
