Baker Tilly US LLP in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services team within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to diverse clients, including private equity and corporations, across industries.

The role offers opportunities to work directly with Partners on engagements, build financial models, and contribute to buy- and sell-side processes while delivering high-quality client service and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least 3 years of relative experience, ideally in a mid-to-large professional services firm.
• At least 2 years of transaction services/due diligence experience preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA) a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate Excel modeling skills and ability to generate data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management matters.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of high-quality service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
