Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services team within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to diverse clients, including private equity funds, banks and corporate clients, across multiple industries.

The role offers opportunities to work on buy-side and sell-side engagements, develop financial models, and present analyses to management while advancing within the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three (3) years of relative experience in a mid-to-large professional services firm.
• At least two (2) years in transaction services/due diligence is highly preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA) or an advanced degree are a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills; ability to lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports preparation.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
