Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager to oversee curriculum development, stakeholder support, and knowledge management for Refugee Resettlement and UAC programs in support of ORR. Travel may be intermittent, and candidates must reside in the Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in instructional design, technical assistance, or professional training.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD) or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses, including outlines, handouts, and visual aid materials.
• Direct in-person and web-based instruction, including classroom sessions, seminars, and workshops.
• Research and draft technical assistance deliverables and guidance documents based on professional standards and monitoring findings.
• Create and maintain an internal knowledge base and common articles to assist users with system-related questions.
• Identify audiences requiring guidance and provide recommendations to federal staff on the appropriate mode of delivery.
• Coordinate with federal staff to ensure training materials align with government priorities and meet stated objectives.
• Maintain records of all training activities and conduct evaluations to measure program effectiveness.
• Develop documentation for best practices and lessons learned to refine future training curricula.
• Oversee the preparation of automated training materials, such as video-recorded sessions and computer-aided tutorials.
