Credence is seeking a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager to support the Administration for Children and Families Office of Refugee Resettlement. The manager will oversee training programs and assist in developing curriculum, stakeholder support, and knowledge management for refugee programs.
This role requires a minimum of 7 years in instructional design and at least 3 years in a supervisory position. Candidates must reside in the Washington-D.C. area and be able to travel as necessary.

We are currently seeking prospective candidates for an upcoming opportunity with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This requirement provides critical mission support across various technical, program management, and administrative functions to assist ORR in its mission to promote the health, well‑being, and stability of refugees and unaccompanied children. The Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager oversees curriculum development, stakeholder support, and knowledge management for Refugee Resettlement and Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) programs.
Candidates must reside in the Washington‑D.C. area full‑time but be able to travel intermittently in support of ORR‑funded programs across the continental United States.
Oversee the preparation of automated training materials, such as video‑recorded sessions and computer‑aided tutorials.
