Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager for the ORR to oversee curriculum development, stakeholder support, and knowledge management for Refugee Resettlement and Unaccompanied Alien Children programs.

The role requires extensive experience in instructional design and collaboration with federal staff. Candidates must reside in the Washington, DC area and be willing to travel across the continental United States.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in instructional design, technical assistance, or professional training.
  • Leadership: Minimum 3 years supervising or team lead experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification: CPTD or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise training curricula, outlines, and visual aid materials.
  • Direct in-person and web-based instruction, including classroom sessions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Research and draft technical assistance deliverables and guidance documents based on professional standards and monitoring findings.
  • Create and maintain an internal knowledge base and articles to assist users with system-related questions.
  • Identify audiences requiring guidance and provide recommendations to federal staff on the appropriate mode of delivery.
  • Coordinate with federal staff to ensure training materials align with government priorities and meet stated objectives.
  • Maintain records of all training activities and conduct evaluations to measure program effectiveness.
  • Develop documentation for best practices and lessons learned to refine future training curricula.
