Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12 years of experience.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications.
• Experience supporting DoD or USAF acquisition or sustainment programs.
• Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.
• Experience with requirements development, technical reviews, and configuration management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and technical support across USAF programs.
• Support IPTs with OSS&E analysis, requirements development, and decision support.
• Review ECPs, RFVs, baselines, and ICDs.
• Participate in CCBs, design reviews, IPRs, and program reviews.
• Translate operational needs into system requirements and support architecture development.
• Support lifecycle activities including integration, reliability, maintainability, and risk analyses.
• Develop and manage technical documentation and program briefings.
