Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Senior Program Manager in the Training Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires DoD program management expertise and the ability to lead analytic efforts to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.

The Senior PM will develop briefs, manage schedules, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. A Secret clearance and extensive MS Office experience are required.

Qualifications

• MA/MS or BA/BS with years of related acquisition experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret government security clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to perform duties independently and travel to facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and measure program effectiveness and productivity.
• Assess schedule and cost baselines and recommend viable solutions.
• Create quality program documentation and briefings for leadership.
• Plan and present acquisition analyses covering development, production, and deployment.
• Support reviews and prepare program status schedules and reports.
