Job summary

MTSI seeks a Senior Aerospace Engineer to support AFLCMC/WBZ at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply systems engineering to weapon/subsystem integration, requirements analysis, and testing, while guiding teams and influencing program decisions.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and ABET-ed electrical engineering degrees, with 10+ years of experience in defense environments and SAP exposure. On-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited source, plus 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited source, plus 18 years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance within five years; SCI/SAP access eligibility.
• Experience in SAP environments within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering to create/new processes and procedures.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements for software integration and evaluation.
• Review and develop program documentation for engineering requirements.
• Support engineering teams on interoperability, testing, and verification activities.
