Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Training Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on planning, analyzing, and executing acquisition programs to ensure cost, schedule, and performance baselines are met.

The candidate will prepare briefs and documentation, support program reviews, and coordinate with Air Force and DoD stakeholders to drive successful outcomes within a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• MA/MS Degree with 10 years of directly related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of directly related experience or 15 years of directly related experience to this discipline.
• Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition programs for schedule, cost, and performance baselines and propose viable solutions.
• Prepare and present quality program documentation and briefings for senior leadership.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and key program metrics.
• Coordinate with USG organizations and external agencies to accomplish tasks.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, dashboards, and briefings for reviews.
