Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Training Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

This role focuses on integrating acquisition program management across cost, schedule, and performance baselines, delivering well-documented program assessments to senior leadership. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree with extensive DoD program experience, a Secret clearance, and proven ability to develop and present acquisition reports and strategic plans to government

Qualifications

• MA/MS Degree with 10 years of directly related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of directly related experience or 15 years of directly related experience to this discipline.
• Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).
• Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
• Must be able to transport self to various facility sites with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Assess program baselines and propose viable solutions and alternatives.
• Prepare high-quality acquisition documents, plans, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Plan, research, and analyze system acquisition from development to deployment of weapon systems.
• Develop schedules and metrics to track program status and use Earned Value Management to report health.
