Job summary

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. This role develops training materials, conducts training sessions, and ensures operators and administrators can effectively utilize system capabilities.

You will work with SMEs and development teams to create training that meets user needs across multiple skill levels, develop assessments, and maintain materials in step with software

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 10+ years of technical training experience.
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Experience training in classified environments.

This position develops training materials, conducts training sessions, and ensures operators and administrators can effectively utilize system capabilities. The specialist works with SMEs and development teams to create training that addresses user needs across multiple skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations (NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii).
• Create hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
• Develop training videos and interactive tutorials.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Support user onboarding and transition activities.
• Maintain training materials in current state with software updates.
• Develop training assessment and certification processes.
• Support development of in-program tutorials.

Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of technical training experience.
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience training in classified environments.
