Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver training for our unified AMS/FIPE solution. You will develop curricula, materials, and hands-on exercises, working with SMEs to address varying user needs across complex software systems.

Responsibilities include conducting sessions in NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii, creating videos, and ensuring training stays current with software updates. TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience training in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations (NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii).
• Create hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
• Develop training videos and interactive tutorials.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Support user onboarding and transition activities.
• Maintain training materials in current state with software updates.
• Develop training assessment and certification processes.
• Support development of in-program tutorials.
