You will tailor content for users at varying technical levels and collaborate with development teams, SMEs, and end users to ensure accurate and accessible documentation.

Responsibilities include creating user guides, installation and integration guides, release notes, and troubleshooting docs, plus 508 compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 10+ years of technical writing experience.
• Experience documenting complex software systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience writing documentation in classified environments.
• Knowledge of style guides and documentation standards.
