Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. You will develop materials, run sessions across NCR/San Antonio and other sites, and ensure operators can use system capabilities effectively.

The role requires 10+ years in technical training, a relevant degree, and TS/SCI clearance. Travel to multiple locations is expected, with a focus on creating engaging, standards-aligned training content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience training in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations (NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii).
• Create hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
• Develop training videos and interactive tutorials.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Support user onboarding and transition activities.
• Maintain training materials in current state with software updates.
• Develop training assessment and certification processes.
• Support development of in-program tutorials.
