Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in Annapolis, MD seeks an experienced Training Specialist (Level 2) to design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training programs for defense and intelligence personnel. You will draft comprehensive training documentation, deliver classroom and web-based instruction, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, and hands-on experience with RF/SIGINT systems and wireless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of relevant technical/engineering experience, or 13 years of documented training/experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience developing instructional courses, assessments, and visual aids for complex hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and instruct instructor-led and web-based technical training courses, student guides, slides, practical activities, and assessments.
• Deliver technical briefings and instructional modules to military, intelligence agency personnel, and large technical audiences.
• Analyze operational systems and user feedback to identify training gaps and modernize curriculum and plans.
• Author, review, and finalize standard operating procedures, user manuals, training documentation, and technical publications.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior instructional personnel involved in systems and equipment training.
