Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in curriculum development.
• 1 year hands-on experience with SeaVision in operations or training environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.
• Plan and develop training programs and materials.
• Identify and assess training needs and research problems to improve performance.
• Develop teaching materials and lesson plans prior to classes.
• Involve the class and issue completion certificates after training sessions.
• Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
