Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs in support of a Chantilly, VA program. The role requires planning, delivering, and evaluating training to enhance employee competencies and career progression.

You will manage budgets, track KPIs, and collaborate with marketing to create training materials. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, proficiency with LMS, and strong communication skills, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle is preferred.
• Experience with learning management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Fluent in either French or Arabic and English Languages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
• Identify training needs according to needs
• Plan and implement training programs that prepare employees for next career steps
• Build quarterly and annual training programs
• Present all technical and supply training requirements
• Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
• Encourage employees for training
• Oversee attendance and performance
• Track employee progress and report on outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing to produce training materials
• Communicate training programs on a timely basis
• Deliver training courses and bring guest presenters as needed
• Implement training KPIs and present KPI reports
