• Proven ability to manage multiple training projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and other programs across the organization.
• Facilitate onboarding, operational training, leadership, and professional development.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and adapt delivery to learner needs.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to review, pilot, and improve programs.
• Provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and learner experiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics across locations.
• Gather learner feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support train-the-trainer activities and maintain training records.
