This role partners with subject matter experts, business leaders, Training Specialists, and other Learning & Development team members to translate business needs into engaging, effective, and practical learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning solutions.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning authoring tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into learner-friendly content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences across ILT, virtual, blended, and digital formats.
• Apply adult learning principles to craft effective solutions.
• Create facilitator guides, materials, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Translate complex processes into clear learner-centered content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Training Specialists to align with business needs.
• Maintain and update learning programs as organizational changes occur.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
